What started as my personal journey has grown into a fitness and lifestyle community built on movement, mindset, and belief in what is possible. If you want to train in person with hands-on coaching, our group classes or 1-on-1 Transformation Tier 1 are for you.

If you need flexibility or live outside Vegas, start with our online programs.

Can I switch programs after starting?

Yes. You’re not locked in. If you start with one program and realize you need more support or flexibility, we’ll help you transition.

Do you offer nutrition coaching too?

Yes — it’s included in our Triple Threat Nutrition and higher-tier Transformation Tier 1 private training packages.

What happens after I submit the form or request a call?

Can beginners join the group classes?

I went to David with help honing my nutrition, since i do crossfit 5 days a week and training for a marathon. I personally believe in doing whatever type of workout you want, some will say that lifting will make your running suffer and whatnot.
